Chris LaMura is not a motivational speaker standing at a distance. He is a father, a husband, an educator, a surfer, and a man who has asked himself the hardest questions in the middle of real life — not on a stage.

For over fifteen years, Chris worked in education, walking closely alongside people navigating challenges, uncertainty, emotions, and transformation. He watched how profoundly mindset shapes a person's ability to persevere, connect, heal, and lead. And he watched himself learning it too — from the kids, from the struggles, from the quiet moments in between.

Strictly Positivity grew from a deeper need: to put into words the values and inner framework he would want his own children to return to for the rest of their lives. How are the sessions structured? +
Each week's session follows one chapter of Strictly Positivity. You read the chapter and work the corresponding journal section before we meet. The live session is where Chris coaches you through the material — part group conversation, part guided reflection, part real-time accountability. You won't be watching a lecture. You'll be doing actual work with people on the same path. Sessions are recorded so you can revisit, but live attendance is where the real value is.
What's my commitment before each session? +
Before each weekly session, you read that week's chapter in the Strictly Positivity manuscript and work through the corresponding journal prompts — the daily reflections, the weekly exercise, and the visualization. The journal is designed so that even 15–20 minutes a day is meaningful. Showing up with your journal completed makes the live sessions significantly more powerful.
What happens if I miss a session? +
Life happens. Sessions are recorded and you'll have access to the replay. That said, this program is designed for live participation — the conversation in the room is the content. If you miss more than two sessions, reach out and we'll make a plan together. This is a commitment-based experience, and Chris holds that standard with care, not judgment.
When do I receive the printed book and journal? +
The full digital versions of both the book and companion journal are available to you immediately upon enrollment — that's what the program runs on. The print editions are in their final production stages. As a founding member, you'll receive a personally signed copy of both when they ship to print. Your participation, feedback, and reviews are a direct contribution to that final published edition.
Is this therapy? +
No. This is life coaching and personal development work grounded in the Strictly Positivity framework. Sessions will touch on real things — that's by design. But this is not a clinical service, and Chris is not a licensed therapist. If you are in active crisis or need mental health treatment, please seek appropriate professional support. This program is for people who are fundamentally okay and ready to go deeper into who they're becoming.

What is your refund policy? +
If you attend the first session and decide it's not the right fit, Chris will refund your first month — no questions asked. After that, payments are non-refundable.
